Hitch at the welders shop

Here are a few pics of the hitch assembly at the welders shop. It is all assembled, and just needs cleaning, and painting. It is a bit clunky looking, but it will tuck up undernieth the back and should not be too visable when not in use.

The next step will be to have it welded onto Mac, and then I have to get the wiring done.

  1. Hey Randy,

Are you going to tow something with your Triac - or tow your Triac with another vehicle?

  2. Believe it or not I will be towing something with my Triac. I do not intend on towing anything big. It will be either a small motorcycle trailer for traveling, or a small flat bed for hauling more bulkier things that will not fit inside the Triac. I am planning on 50lb tongue weight and about 300 max trailer weight.

Being able to tow Mac is not a bad idea though. I might have to look into that.

  3. Where do you bolt it onto, just looking the rear of mine? Allen
